NOVICE/PRE-COMPETITIVE SYNCHRO 11 YEARS & UNDER

Our Novice program is for swimmers confident in deep water. Swimmers will continue to work on the basics while adding new skills to their repertoire and learning a routine to music The purpose of this program is to teach the basic skills of synchro while developing their swimming abilities. Novice swimmers are eligible to enter the Novice Figure Meet Nov. 19, 2011, and the Novice Routine Meet May 5, 2012.

Classes are 2 hours/week. Program will run from September – May

Our Novice program is for swimmers confident in deep water. Classes are 3 hours/week. Program will run from September – May

INTRO TO COMPETITIVE SYNCHRO 8 YEARS & UNDER

Our Intro to Competitive program is for swimmers confident in the deep water with the goal of moving to the Competitive 10&Under program next season. The purpose of this program is to focus on the basic synchro skills needed for the Competitive stream while learning a routine to music. Intro to Competitive swimmers are eligible to enter the Novice Figure Meet Nov. 19,2011 and the Novice Routine Meet May 5, 2012.

Classes are 4 hours/week. Program will run from September-June

Additional Information:

Programs are suitable for participants of any age who have basic swimming competency. To maximize the creative atmosphere and experience of all programs swimmers are required to:

1. Wear a bathing cap to prevent hair from interfering with vision
2. Wear goggles to prevent irritation of eyes and help with vision under water
3. Wear a nose clip to enjoy under water activities
